This website

BRAAQ GAME STUDIO is an independent sole proprietorship that develops mobile games and provides support and privacy information. The website code does not add advertising, analytics trackers, third-party font requests, chat widgets or account services. The Contact page loads Web3Forms and hCaptcha for direct contact submissions, as described below. It does not set marketing cookies or save contact-form entries in browser storage.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Serving and securing a website involves technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, device/browser information and connection logs. Provider processing is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. Hosting-account retention settings require owner verification.

Contact information

Typing into the form does not send your message. If you choose Send Message, your name, reply email, optional WhatsApp number, selected game/topic, subject and message are sent to Web3Forms to process your request and notify BRAAQ GAME STUDIO by email. We use contact conversations to respond to support, privacy and business inquiries.

Web3Forms processes submission data and technical/anti-spam information using its service providers. To prevent spam, abuse and phishing, Web3Forms may share submitters’ IP addresses and email addresses with anti-spam providers, including CleanTalk and Akismet, as described in its privacy policy. Its current policy retains form submissions for up to three years, unless a shorter plan period applies or they are deleted earlier. Our current form retention setting is three years. This is not a promise that copies in our email account are deleted on the same schedule. See the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

The form uses hCaptcha for spam prevention. Loading and using its challenge involves processing by that provider; see the hCaptcha Privacy Policy. A successful form response confirms provider acceptance, not inbox delivery.

Email/EML draft and WhatsApp alternatives remain available. Preparing a draft does not send it; you choose whether to send it through your email application. Files are not uploaded through direct submission. Use email or WhatsApp for screenshots or videos, removing private details first. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Game data is separate

Each game has its own policy above. Device-local progress, ad-SDK processing and any optional analytics are different systems. Website privacy statements do not mean the games collect no data. Each policy states its own effective or review date and identifies any configuration-specific limitations.

You can browse without submitting a message, choose what to include in an email, and use the game/device controls described in the relevant game policy. For access, correction or deletion questions, see Data Requests & Choices or email us.
