Privacy Policy

1. Scope and effective date

This privacy policy describes the production configuration of Critter Escape, developed by BRAAQ GAME STUDIO. Effective date: September 5, 2026.

2. Data stored on your device

Current and unlocked levels, completed-level counts, best stars, tutorial and obstacle-help state, rating-prompt state, Hint tokens, Daily Reward streak and claim dates, and music/sound/haptics preferences are saved locally in Unity PlayerPrefs, with a backup save.

This information supports game progress, preferences, tutorials, rewards and player-requested features. It remains on the device and is not a Braaq cloud account. Clearing app storage or uninstalling can erase local progress; Android backup and restore behavior depends on device settings.

3. Advertising and Google services

The shipping configuration uses Google Mobile Ads with production app and ad-unit identifiers. Banner ads use a dedicated safe region. Interstitial ads may be shown at natural transitions after every eligible completed level, subject to onboarding protection, cooldowns and rewarded-ad suppression. Voluntary rewarded ads may provide an out-of-hearts continuation, a Hint, or a clearly displayed Daily Reward doubling benefit.

Google documents that its Mobile Ads SDK processes IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app/ad interactions, diagnostics and device/account identifiers, including advertising and app-set IDs. Its stated purposes include advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. The exact processing depends on SDK configuration, device settings and available consent choices. 4. Consent and privacy controls

Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) updates consent information on launch, shows a consent form when required, and gates ad requests through the SDK's CanRequestAds state. Privacy Options is exposed in Settings when Google reports that it is required. The European Regulations message is published and the US State Regulations message is active and published in the owner's AdMob configuration.

Available choices depend on region, device settings and Google's current requirements. Privacy Options may be used to revisit available choices. Android advertising controls may also allow an advertising identifier to be reset or deleted.

5. Analytics and diagnostics

No separate application analytics, Firebase or crash-reporting integration was identified in the reviewed scripts and package manifest. Unity Analytics, crash reporting and performance reporting are disabled in the reviewed service settings. Google Mobile Ads has its own diagnostic processing.

6. Other integrations and permissions

The save system is device-local. Critter Escape does not require a player account and does not provide a cloud-save backend or payment system. Internet and network-state access support advertising and consent services; vibration supports optional haptic feedback.

The app does not require camera, GPS, telephony or Bluetooth access for gameplay.

7. Processing, sharing and security

Google Mobile Ads and UMP communicate with Google and, where applicable, advertising partners under their own terms and privacy policies. Braaq receives information you choose to send by support email. Critter Escape does not create a separate Braaq cloud profile from local game progress.

Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system can guarantee complete security; avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

8. Retention, requests and deletion

Local game information generally remains on the device until app storage is cleared or the app is removed. Clearing local storage does not automatically erase information already processed by Google or another provider. Braaq cannot remotely erase device-only saves.

For access, correction or deletion questions, use Data Requests & Choices or braaqofficial@gmail.com. Identify Critter Escape and the type of information involved. Provider and support-email retention follow the relevant provider practices and applicable requirements; this policy does not promise an unsupported deadline.

9. Children and international processing

This policy does not make a child-directed status claim. Parents or guardians with a privacy concern may contact braaqofficial@gmail.com without including unnecessary information about a child.

Google and its partners may process information in countries other than the user's country, as explained in their policies and available consent notices.

10. Your choices

• Use Privacy Options when Google requires that entry to be shown.
• Choose whether to watch a voluntary rewarded ad; declining it does not remove ordinary game access, though the stated optional reward is not granted.
• Use Android advertising controls where available.
• Clear local app storage to remove device-only game data.

11. Changes and contact

This policy may be updated when Critter Escape, applicable requirements or third-party services change. The effective date will be revised when appropriate.
