YOUR DATA. YOUR CHOICES.
Data requests
& deletion.
Understand what is stored on your device, what a provider may hold, and how to ask for help.
Local game data
All three reviewed projects store game information locally. On Android, open Settings → Apps → select the game → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear storage/data. Menu names vary by device. This can permanently erase progress, coins, preferences and other local state. Uninstalling usually removes app-local data, but operating-system backups may restore some data later. Review device backup settings if needed.
This website cannot remotely access or delete a save that exists only on your device. If you are unsure, contact us before clearing data.
Advertising and provider data
Removing the game does not automatically delete historical information held by Google advertising services. Review the Google Privacy Policy and your Android advertising controls. Contact Braaq if you need help identifying the service involved; we cannot promise direct deletion from systems we do not control.
Send a data request
Email braaqofficial@gmail.com, or use the email-draft form below. Include the game name, whether you are requesting access/correction/deletion, the data involved, and enough context to locate a support conversation if relevant. Do not include passwords, card information or an advertising ID unless specifically necessary and requested through an appropriate process.
Prepare a Privacy RequestNo account service was verified for these projects, so this is a data-request channel—not a fictional account-deletion form. We will explain what we can act on, any provider steps, and any retention obligations that apply.
Your game policy
For Fruity Crates, the custom analytics code includes local queue and identifier deletion when analytics consent is revoked. The availability of a corresponding player-facing control still requires release verification.
